As the daughter of a New Orleans pastry chef and culinary arts instructor, Wendy has over 25 years of creative artistry experience with cakes, pastries and other epicurean foodie delights.

Wendy started as an apprentice of her remarkably gifted mother and continues her craft today as a third generation artisan baker. Her inspirations are attributed to her larger-than-life Italian family and her childhood-developed passion for the northern east coast. Wendy's polished designs offer the perfect balance of sophistication and whimsy to complement your next haute event with chic distinction.
